Job Description
WALK IN INTERVIEWS : Sep 14th(Monday) to Sep 18th (Friday)
* Answer inbound / outbound calls
* Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
* Ensure one time call resolution
* Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
* Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
* Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required
Desired Profile
* Should have decent communication skills, primarily English and Hindi
* Excellent Communication skills
* Logical reasoning and analytical skills
* Ability to work with speed and accuracy
* Prioritizing and organizing skills
* Team working
Experience 0 – 3 Years
