Position:
Sourcing and Procurement Professional
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Administration, or Science.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably with exposure to the injectables industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source raw materials, packing materials, and RLDs while negotiating the best pricing and contracts.
2. Manage order placements, supplier performance, and material replenishments.
3. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure timely vendor qualification.
4. Support cross-functional teams by handling vendor documentation.
5. Ensure orders are placed and processed on time with vendors.
6. Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including renegotiating prices periodically.
8. Drive cost-saving initiatives through alternate vendor development.
